What is the total cost for Fall Retreat and what does it include?

The total cost is $160 per person. That includes travel to and from camp, 2 nights lodging, 5 meals, camp material and camp t-shirt.

How do I pay for Fall Retreat?

Fall Retreat cost $160 per student and you can pay with cash at the church office, send a check by mail to Beulah Baptist Church, 1851 Old Mountain Rd., Statesville, NC 28677 or pay online by clicking this link to pay now.

Payment is due Sunday, October 25th

How do we get to Fall Retreat?

We rent 55 passenger buses, these buses also hold our luggage.

Where is Fall Retreat located?

Fall Retreat is at Ridgecrest Conference center and is about 1 hr from Beulah.

What are the accommodations like?

Students and leaders will stay in Ridgecrest Conference Center’s youth housing. Rooms are furnished with bunk beds and generally accommodate 10–12 people. Each room has a private bathroom with two toilets, two showers, and two sinks. The accommodations are clean, comfortable, and within walking distance of the dining hall, meeting spaces, and recreational facilities.

Are students allowed to pick who is in their cabin?

We try our best to pair students up with same age/grade and at least a few people they know. There will be at least 1 leader in each cabin.

Are we stopping for food on the way to or from Fall Retreat?

No, we will not be stopping to eat.

Can you have your phone at Fall Retreat?

Yes, but you only need to have them in the dorm. Do not let your phone be a distraction to your camp experience!

Does my child need to pack snacks?

Yes, Beulah is not bringing extra snacks or food for students.

Does Beulah offer scholarships or pay for students to go?

If a student wants to go to camp but does not have the financial means of paying they need to contact Parker at 704-860-8300 before Sunday, October 4th.
